I began by developing a refined visual identity for Flora Apartments, a new residential development in Woolwich, London. Drawing inspiration from botanical elements, I created a dark, elegant colour palette and oil painting–style illustrations that give the brand a distinctive and sophisticated character. This approach reflects the development’s blend of natural beauty and modern architecture, appealing to discerning buyers seeking a premium living experience.

To showcase the homes, I designed a sleek, high-end property brochure featuring detailed floor plans, key selling points, and aspirational lifestyle imagery. This was complemented by a clean, single-page website designed to engage potential buyers and provide clear, accessible information about the development.

I also created site signage and marketing materials to build anticipation around the launch and establish a strong local presence. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the visual identity felt cohesive, recognisable, and aligned with the project’s high-end positioning.
