We developed a full visual identity, including logos, social media assets, website, and set of brand guidelines to help bring clarity and cohesion to their newly founded charitable organisation.

The project began with a collaborative workshop to define the brand’s core story, values, and vision. These foundations shaped the design work that followed — giving us a clear understanding of what With Ibby stands for and how the brand should make people feel: warm, supportive, accessible, and human.

At the heart of the identity is a custom logotype designed to feel welcoming without being overly childish.

The curves in the ‘w’ and ‘y’ add a gentle playfulness, while the two pink dots above the ‘I’ represent people — a nod to the community and the children they serve. Purple was chosen as the lead colour, both as a tribute to Ibby’s favourite colour and for its associations with trust and familiarity in charitable spaces.

Alongside the logo, we designed a set of flexible brand assets, including soft abstract shapes to frame images and text without overwhelming the message. These shapes help bring rhythm and warmth to layouts, and when used thoughtfully, they create a sense of connection and care across all brand materials.

The project also included the design and build of an engaging, user-friendly website.

It provides a central place to explain what With Ibby does, share updates, manage bookings, and accept donations. The site was designed with clarity and accessibility in mind, ensuring it works well for a wide audience — including parents, carers, fundraisers, and local partners.

A full brand guidelines document was delivered to support the team in rolling the identity out consistently, with guidance on logo use, colour, type, tone, and layout. Together, the identity and website give With Ibby the tools they need to grow their reach while staying grounded in their story and values.
